Retro Steady State Cardio favorites

What are your favorite retro (80s and 90s) steady state cardio workouts (or just offer recommendations if you don’t want to admit you still do them)!!

I still do Richard Simmons! There…..I said it!! Any other suggestions?

Awesome!!!

Since I’m not really super familiar with all of these mentioned would you mind naming specific workouts that I can try to find or are all of their workouts steady state? I tried to look through the vintage thread but I don’t know which workouts are steady state. Thanks so much!!

I just did Kathy Smith's Step Workout from 1992 the other day - it is a great steady state cardio routine - wow, I can't believe it is 30 years old. I'm now in the age bracket in the HR check in between segments that seemed "old" to me in 1992. It sparked a mini Kathy rotation this week.

Her Fat Burning Workout, which I think may be from 1988 is also fun -the outfits...

Keli Roberts had a nice step routine that I recall and did often back in the day, too.

The Keli Roberts step workout is also on You Tube:

If Step isn't your thing you can always do these on the floor w/ no step. I can't step the way I used to - back in the day it was several times a week, now once, maybe twice is good enough.

I am shocked that there are not more steady state (45+) floor aerobic videos! How is that possible? Was everything only step?? Did floor aerobics not last long? Is there anything else like Kathy Smith's Fat burning workout? I thought I would get a long list from all the experts here!!

Oh, I wonder if most are on vhs. Any enablers think I should buy a VCR and, if so, what workouts should I look for?
