Cathe XTrain Burn Sets: Chest, Back, and Shoulders

I went as heavy as I could, so I seldom got the third set in. I really like a semi heavy weight workout at the moment.

10 minutes chasing my cat around the house to get her to the vet for a nail trim. She has actually disappeared and is still missing, somewhere in the house, and it's not a big house.
