Favorite steady state cardio dvds?

Hi, I'm interested in people's recommendations for steady state cardio workouts of about an hour. Thanks for all replies!

Some of the Leslie Sansone 5-milers go an hour or more. She sometimes adds "boosts" but you can skip them.

Yesterday, I did Walk to the Hits: All Time Favorites it is 55 minutes long, and it is fun, I got a nice sweat on.
I also like Zumba, there are some that are an hour long.
Step workouts: Reebok the first step workout with Gin Miller is a good one (it is on YouTube), I also like Gilad Step Aerobics, and Kathy Smith Step Workout.
I also like TaeBo.

I was going to recommend Leslie as well - but you may want to look at Jenny Ford - particularly her step workouts - she has a number of them on You Tube you can try out!

Also, some "vintage" step workouts like Kathy Smith's Step Workout or Gilad's Step Workout may work, too.

If you don't have a step, you can always do it on the floor...

My memory is kind of foggy, but I think Cathe's Low Max might be steady state.

Agree about all Leslie's.

Jessica's walks are also great, many are longer. I enjoy her 4-mile one with the ocean in the background and that's an hour. Her 5-mile and 6-miles are also around an hour.

My favorite cardio workout is KCM's Amped Up Cardio (combined comes in at around 50 minutes). Her kickboxing/boxing ones (TLC especially) are also good cardio. I only do low impact and her older stuff has good modifications. Combined workouts are usually near an hour.

Tracie Long's Reboot 2 and Step Forward are great cardio. Both easily modifiable and in the 50 min range.

They are a bit tougher than some of Jessica's walks (IMO) but Kristin Dowell's Hi/Lo Recharge and Dressed Up Drills remain (non-step) steady state favorites of mine.

I like Christi Taylor's Mission Possible. The choreography isn't as difficult as some of her other cardio workouts and it's fun. It is half step, half hi/lo.
