She has been my go-to for the past 5 months. I do her 10 minute Yoga for SI Joint Pain after every rowing session. I also like her 10 minute flexibility (on a balcony) — I actually did it after my workout this morning.

I've done a few of her cardio workouts, and I really enjoyed them.

I can't remember if my daughter told me about this channel or if I heard about it here. I've done two of her arm workouts so far - one was meh, the other was good.

I did some of her workouts in the winter, I'll have to revisit. I love her personality!

I did this Great Legs workout with Liza Elliott this morning. I really liked it! It’s like Buns of Steel lite. The same YouTube channel also has a “total body” workout from the same instructor. It doesn’t use weight for the upper body, but I bet it’d be easy to add some light ones in.

I will add both of these to the retro workouts list :-) I wanted to try Serious Curves years ago, so am looking forward to trying it now.

I really love this thread and have found a lot of great instructors here. The link I’m posting is not a fitness channel so I hope it is ok to post.

I recently came across Dr. Mary Claire Haver’s channel.

I watched her video “tips to beat menopausal belly fat” and found it interesting.

I've been looking for shorter weights workouts and this looks really good!
