32 minute walk
Grumpy body and mood make it so hard for me to exercise. Less exercise makes my body and mood grumpy. Vicious circle ☹️

(I missed my morning workout because I wasn't feeling well, and I really didn't feel like working out this afternoon, but decided to do a few easy routines.)
