i wanted to add that when i do either the BSS3 or BSS4 workouts, i keep my TF out and the FL (fanny lifter). the TF is usually in the "T" position, and any tall box climbs can be done on the FL.

a few times, one of the workouts (can't remember) has the TF in the stacked mode and you take a side step on the top of the TF. it's very rare - i thought i'd mention it because if it's in the "T" position, they give you enough time to change it to stacked.

That's the one I have! Again I haven't used it for Firm workouts though.
