I do the ab routine on the Total Toning Basics fairly regularly: https://youtu.be/KFBHx3F2wUk

It’s fantastic for strengthening the pelvic floor. I haven’t done the complete workout in almost a year. It’s a nice well-rounded workout for an easy day.

I love YBB!

I haven’t done them in awhile because my DVD player broke. Thank you for the link above to the toning workout!

I think someone named Jessica R posted them.

OMG! I have not thought of these workouts in years. They were nice workouts I did with my girls when they were little.

Might look them up on YouTube for kicks and giggles lol.

I haven't done them in a very, very long time...but I YBB! Teigh and Gillian got me out of an exercise slump five years ago, and their positive energy helped me through the passing of my grandmother around that time. Plus, as I put in my workout quirks, they are my guilty pleasure workouts. (As long as I have my door closed and the blinds down...)

I really loved these back in the day.
I started with just the basic set and eventually acquired everything but the master series and baby on the way.

I actually have been reaching for them on occasion lately.
I've been trying to add in yoga, so I do the short section from YBB basic for a quickie.

On low energy days, I'll reach for complete body shaping, lite and easy or a go-go.

That must have been adorable!

I did the cardio portion of Live Latin this morning. I am somewhat Latin dance impaired, but I enjoyed it. I added it on after another cardio workout.

I can't believe these dvds are not chaptered, though! Come on, Beachbody, really!? I forwarded through the opening yoga to get to the cardio.

I may do the Bollywood one all the way through tomorrow.
