What is the oldest workout you own that you do on a regular basis?

I have a few older workouts that I hold onto for sentimental reasons. The oldest that I have and do on a regular basis is Kathy Smith’s March to Fitness (I even bought a backup copy). I think it came out in 1993. So what is your oldest workout that you still do often?

I don't know what year it came out but I still do Christi Taylor's Still Jumpin' Just For Fun about once a month. The music is so motivating. Dancing Queen anyone?

Bob Anderson Stretching. No fuss, no muss, and some eclectic music.

Margaret Richard workouts . I'm new to her workouts, but I love the spandex, jazzy music, and her calm, graceful manner. And of course, the classic Firms remain in rotation. Also love all things Christi Taylor!

I guess it would be The Firm Volume 1, but only if about once a year counts as "on a regular basis."

I'm on my third copy, but Firm Vo 1 I do at least once a year. Every year since I got it about 1994.

Jane Fonda's lite aerobics and stress reduction (1989).
I pull it out every once in a while for the stretch section.
