The older WOW workouts are usually ~ hour.
Newer are ~30 minutes

I count about 35 vids over 50 minutes
you can easily combine two shorter ones too
In fact, Val occasionally combines 2, skipping one of the warmups and cooldowns

Wow, I can't believe I've never heard of this website. I have wanted Leslie to do OUTDOOR workouts for YEARS.

I leave the sound on from time to time, it just depends how I feel and if I've done the workout already. Muting and listening to something else is something I only do with walking workouts.

I tried one of the hour-long WOW walks today. Pros: fantastic scenery and music, cues were easy to follow, great yogish stretch at the end. Big con: the pace was too slow for my taste.

I do it on a bungee and jog instead of walk, jumping jacks instead of side outs, skate instead of side steps, etc.
also fast feet whenever the music speeds up. Sometimes I hold fitstix (light weights with a sliding filler)

Ah. So another con for me, because I don't have a rebounder (or room for one).

I also do all my walking workouts on the rebounder so I found the WOW workouts perfect. Does anyone know how often she uploads new workouts?
