Another lower cost Leslie option would be to sign up for Daily Walk.
It is a 7 day free trial and then $4.99 per month. https://yourdailywalk.com/ She mixes it up with longer and shorter walks. Donna |

I am on a Jessica kick right now and am loving both her 21 Day Weight Loss Plan (4 workouts that you alternate, but no reason why you can't do it for 30+ days), and her Walk the Weight Off that you already mentioned.
Here's a link to the 21 Day set: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00R0HUEWK...551065175&sr=2 Leslie's great too, I just find I get much more variety with Jessica so I'm more inclined to stick with her rotations.

Sheila - this has me jazzed, too! I have been taking it on the easier side this winter and I told myself that come March I would try to bump it up a bit! I'm not sure exactly what I'm going to do yet, but since Gina had mentioned Jessica's 21 Day program, it got me thinking that quite a few of her DVDs have suggested rotations on the back cover, so I may look into those - this way I can change it up each week and will hopefully not get bored or burned out.
Other sources for good walking workouts are: Up To the Beat Fitness (You Tube): https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC3w...kcvOVpqxNHeAqg Walking Online Workouts (You Tube - limited selection) and a paid site that offers a free one week trial. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCi2...AkWsRlZEwleUfw https://walkingonlineworkouts.vhx.tv/ Donna |

I have just about all of Leslie and Jessica's walks but never do them since discovering WalkingOnlineWorkouts which offers a free trial
https://walkingonlineworkouts.vhx.tv/browse you an also try some samples on youtube https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCi2...AkWsRlZEwleUfw Gina B (Dance that Walk, Up to the BEat Fit, previously SMILE) also has some freebies on youtube https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC3w...xNHeAqg/videos if you want an easy to follow daily choice then Leslie's Walk at Home Daily Walk mentioned above is a great option. It will also give you access to the sources that are being used that month or you can try the All Access Pass to access all of her online sources. You have the choice of a purple player app for streaming or playing offline or using the online library for streaming from your browser. Barb S
