Mary and Collage have it for sale. It was originally released in 1990 on VHS.

Lora- Do you mean workouts where the instructornis using “light” weights for your visual reference or high reps workouts where a lighter weight must be used in order to complete all the reps (endurance)?

I used Squeeze UB for a while as a burn out many years ago. I progressed to 10’s for the bicep portion at some point. She uses less weight, but I use weight than challenges me for the rep count.

OH MY GOODNESS, Jackie Warner! Those clips were a hoot. Thank goodness super low rise pants are no longer a thing. . . that. was. distracting.

Not that anything like that would keep me from doing a workout!! No bad fashion trend is going to come between me and a good workout.

I provided a YouTube link to the full workout in my earlier post if you want to try it before purchasing.

Slim Series is my all time favorite for light weights. Been thinking of pulling those back out

I also like Slim Series and Erin O'Brien's Strong Body, Fit Body & Strong Body, Ageless Body workouts.
I love both of Erin O'Brien's workouts!

Jeannette Jenkins Cardio Sculpt, just one dvd, is $97 on Amazon right now. I don't call that inexpensive.
