Steady State Cardio Recommendations

Looking to add some steady state cardio for a couple months during the holiday season for burning some extra calories but also having some fun to keep depressin at bay in the cold months rather than doing HIIT all the time. What are your favorites that are about 30-35 mins or that can be broken down to the 30 min time frame? Thanks!

Christi Taylor Cinnamon Spice, or her YouTube songs, or
I look for other Zumba stuff on YouTube.

Kelley Coffey Meyer TLC (the boxing workout or one of the premixes that includes the boxing combos)

I did Jessica Smith's Steady State Cardio on Youtube yesterday and I enjoyed it.

I was looking today for short SSC workouts to add to my current 40 mins HIIT Bootcamp routines and change the pace after 4 weeks. I found that I can do the cardio segments from Cathe Crosstrain Xpress. These chapters are 20-30 mins and looks good to me.

I like some Cathe step for steady state cardio. You can omit blasts if they are too much and all of her stuff is chaptered and premixed so you can reduce down to shorter workouts it you want.

My favorites are Party rocking step 2 (you'd have to omit some sections are doa
premix but if you kept it to 30 minutes, you could have 2 separate workouts), step moves, the step section in Bodymax 2 which is 30 minutes.

Check out Jenny Ford on youtube. Her workouts are mostly pretty simple, but she has a nice presence on screen and you can just get "in the zone" with her.

If you have Beachbody On Demand, check out Country Heat. It's actually fun and all of them are in the 25-30 minute range. Nothing too complex and mainly steady state and there's also a modifier for impact.

I think any and all of Jessica Smith's workouts hit the mark. All are 30 minutes, some of them are filmed outdoors so you can pretend to be in sunny Miami, and you can up or lower the intensity depending on mood/energy level.
