So far, (without having the product yet), I am pleased with the communication with Kim via FB. She has answered my questions in a timely manner and offered other information that helped me make my decision.

I read that she also gives a portion of the profits to an organization that helps provide meals for children. I like that.

Anyway, I will definitely be giving a review on the equipment, dvds, streaming, results, and on and on...
