BarreAmped Suzanne Bowen-Which one?

Hi Everyone,
I’m getting back into exercising regularly. I have the original Barre Amped and I really like the segments because I can do two segments before work and two after work. I want to add to my collection. Do you prefer Barre Amped Bootcamp or Barre Amped Cardio Fat Burn? Any other Suzanne Bowen DVDs that I should consider?

TIA!

You really can’t go wrong with either of these; they are both excellent, IMHO. Both are broken up into segments just like BarreAmped. I am slightly partial to the Bootcamo one because, for me, I think it is slightly more fun. Another you might consider is BarreAmped Fire. It is tougher than BarreAmped, so if you are just starting back you may want to wait a bit on this one. The stretches on all of these are amazing.

I really like barreamped cardio as well. Each segment is full body so it feels more like a complete workout. The segments are slightly longer on this one if I remember correctly. About 18-20 min. There is a separate warm up and cool down as well. You can’t go wrong with any of these. The stretch DVD is amazing too.
I’m on a bit of. Suzanne kick these days.

It sounds like I’m eventually going to add them all to my collection. Thank you so much for the recommendation!

If you do end up getting them all, rotations using these DVDs are posted here:

I have all of her BarreAmped dvds, her latest from Prevention and also BA Bounce. I really enjoy Suzanne's routines and her personality is wonderful.

Agree! I just got a Jumpsport with bar and have been doing some of her bounce workouts on streaming. Can’t wait to try the Barreamped bounce DVD.

Suzie ~ I find that BA Bounce has a bit of bouncing, but mainly barre work on the rebounder. Are her streaming much different than her normal routines?

I'm curious and am thinking of trying her streaming.
