I bought it just recently, used it once, and won't use it again if anybody wants it.
I posted a review, but I'll say here my biggest con about it is they don't tell you when to switch sides. You're supposed to do 30 seconds on each side, and since you can't look at the screen during a lot of poses, they need to cue side changes.
One plus is they show 3 people doing variations of each pose, one of whom is in a chair or using it for support.

Terri, is the Joel Fuhrman workout bodyweight only? or does it use weights or anything?

Thanks, Terri. That's what it looked like in the pictures. My opinion of that is, why bother. (Obviously, I never cared for PiYo.) But then, I like to use toys like bands, tubes, weights, balls....

A mention for yin yoga in general. I've started using Bernie Clark's yin yoga videos on Gaia. During the last practice I followed, Bernie talked about the science behind the poses and which meridians and organs they are targeting.

I was particularly interested by his comments on how stress on the connective tissues from holding yin poses generates "piezoelectricity" - something to do with crystals in the body generating electrical impulses. The piezoelectricity stimulates osteoblasts (bone builders) and balances the activity of osteoclasts (bone consumers). Osteopenia and -porosis are caused when the relationship of the osteo cells is out of whack.
