I posted a review, but I'll say here my biggest con about it is they don't tell you when to switch sides. You're supposed to do 30 seconds on each side, and since you can't look at the screen during a lot of poses, they need to cue side changes. One plus is they show 3 people doing variations of each pose, one of whom is in a chair or using it for support.
