I can't believe I am asking this question LOL.... what are the best Firm dvds of the really old ones? Not the ones where Allie appears, way before that?

Depends on what you like For me, I really like Firm Cardio, Tortoise, Firm Boomers, and Firm Strength.

Are you referring to Alison Davis?

because Allie (as in Strickland/Pointer/Del Rio) was part of the old firm crew. Allie appears in Firm Strength & Firm Cardio among many other firms as a cast member and leads Fat Blaster.

I think my all-time favorites are the Vol. 4 Time Crunch and the Hare. My next favorites would be Vol. 1 (Susan Harris) and Firm Strength (Pam Cauthen).

My very first one was Vol. 3 (Sandahl Bergman, introduction of the tall box), and it was my favorite for a very long time~but it waned after a long while.

Hands down, my all time favorite is Volume 1 with Susan. And now that's it's on dvd and chaptered, it's even better. I can do have one day and the other half the next.

It's the one that started it all.

My favorites are Firm Cardio, Firm Strength and Tough Tape 2. I liked Total Body Shaping Mix for a long time but after a while it was just too long.

Maximum Body Shaping is another really good one but the above three for me have been mainstays, where others have come and gone.

How do you do a FIRM rotation? I see that all workouts have weights. Is it ok to do these everyday?
