What are some videos that use the hand-held weighted balls?

I used them back when the TLT's came out. I have the Danskin weighted balls and I love them, so I am glad you started this thread. I'm very interested in seeing how other people are using them.

I use my 2 pound Danskin balls instead of hand weights for any of Ellen Barrett's weighted workouts.

The Firm also has a Fat Burning Sculpting Ball workout out there - it's very solid. In the past I've used it with a 4 pound "medicine" ball but a smaller weighted ball would work. Gee I'm going to try it soon.
