I can't believe I'm even considering these - do they all have tall box work of some kind? I'm getting back into Tracie Long and wondering if having some of these again will make a nice, rounded rotation???

Donna, your rotation sounds good. I'm still working through what my rotation should look like. I had a good size GC at Total Fitness, so I just ordered in several FIRMS and the 6 Day Trainer, so I have a great variety of cardio and strength to use.

I did Lean today and forgot how fun this workout is. I really enjoy Keli Roberts style and personality. It was nice to do a routine that I know well and can concentrate on form, etc. Man do I love Anna's music selections with this series as well.

I'm like a little kid right now. I have some big orders coming in from FitFavs and Total Fitness. I'm stoked to have a rotation full of variety and options. I'm starting to feel alive again.

I am glad I had a slow buying year b/c I also just got an e-mail about a Classical Stretch pre-sale - two new DVDs for $34.95 - they are the "beginner" DVDs, but I'll take 'em.

Luckily I didn't get that email.

Seriously though, if you have the 6 day trainer and you have a rebounder the "Dancey Moves" Week 2 Wednesday is so much fun on the rebounder. I had been doing it on my regular spring style rebounder and loving it. I just did it on my Bellicon and it was a ton of fun. It's not hard but you can activate a ton of muscle depending upon how you use your feet to press into the mat.

I can't find where it says one way or the other...are the FitPrime Originals on DVD? I got the VHS when they first came out and want to get DVDs. No need to get VHS again!

I don't believe FitFavs are offering them in VHS format anymore. It's all dvd now.

I got the original Strong Bear from Fitness Favorites a while ago and it's a DVD. The original FP workouts that Mary carries are also DVDs. I think it's safe to assume these will be DVDs.
