I might be starting to sound like a broken record but I highly recommend Linda Wooldridge! Cathe's Lift It Hiit Legs is lower body high rep weight moves followed by a similar plyo move. So if you don't mind impact, it's very effective. You can also just do the high rep weight moves alone.
I also like Strong Body, Ageless Body by Erin O'Brien. Great high rep total body workout.
