Week One Day One Boot Camp

1. Keli in Strong Bear does controlled burpee plank moves. 2. Tamela in Flex Posture does plank variations. 3. Heidi in Push Pull does push ups w/ tall step & leg extensions. 4. Keli in Upper Body Burn does double arm lat rows, bicep curls, uneven push ups w/ rotations, lying side tricep push ups w/ leg extensions. 5. #4 is repeated on your 'other' side. 6.Heidi in Steamin' Cardio does lunges into plank push ups. 7. Heidi in Pump does functional floor sits with uneven pushups, then ladders (planking up & down on elbows). 8.Tamela in Floor Burn does yoga.

Week One Day Two Cardio Pilates

1.Keli in Lean does plie pops, mambo cha cha & rocking horse. 2. Heidi in Metaboost does weighted plie w/ biceps flowing into 4 limb: delts w/ leg abdusctions, overhead press, and tricep close-steps. 3. Tamela in Crunch Time does weighted scapular contraction, abductions into plie w/ scapulars. 4. Tamela in Floor Burn does the 'warm up' segment -active squats & abductions w/ overhead moves. 5.Keli in Strong Bear does plie on tall box w/ slow leg press. 6. Heidi in Steamin' Cardio does cardio, 4 limb lunges, curtseys and abductions. 7. Keli in Strong Bear does plie upright row variations. 8.Heidi in Fast Cheetah does ab crunches w/ leg extension variations.

Week One Day Three Not So Tough Kickboxing

1. Keli in Upper Body Burn does cardio warm up : box steps, punching etc. 2. Heidi in Steamin' Cardio does that warm up tune - punches & sweeps. 3. Kimberly in Push Pull does boxer shuffles, round houses and bob & weaves. 4.Kimberly in Fast Cheetah does guard up moves, knee strikes etc. 5.Heidi in Steamin' Cardio does tall step leg press, tall hovers w/ punches then alternate leg climbs. 6.Heidi in Steamin' Cardio does kickboxing. 7.Kimberly in Push Pull kickbox w/ upper body emphasis. 8. Tamela in Crunch Times does large range of motion skaters, slow & fast shuffles w/ jump rope. 9. Tamela in Crunch Time does rib cage shifts flowing to stretches and chair pose.

1. Tamela in Flex Posture does 4 limb. 2. Heidi in Pump does cardio w/ dowel and dumbbell. 3. Kimberly in Fast Cheetah does 4 limb w/ dowel & curtseys. 4.Melisa in Lower Body Burn does 4 limb cardio. 5. Keli in Upper Body Burn does 4 limb. 6.Heidi in Steamin' Cardio does 4 limb. 7. Tamela in Crunch Time does 4 limb. 8.Heidi in Push Pull does abs w/ pec flies. 9.Melissa in Lower Body Burn does stretching.

1. Keli in Strong Bear does warm up w/ tall step. 2. Kimberly in Fast Cheetah does dips and taps to tall step. 3.Heidi in Push Pull does mambos on step w/ dips. 4. Heidi in Steamin' Cardio does cardio, jump ropes, football runs and plyos. 5. Heidi in Push Pull does tall box climbs. 6. Heidi in Steamin' Cardio does cardio, tall step stomps w/ delts. 7.Heidi in Steamin' Cardio does cardio. 8.Melissa in Lower Body Burn does tall step & stretch.

1. Keli in Upper Body Burn does sun salutations. 2.Tamela in Crunch Time does warriors. 3. Heidi in Push Pull does seated stretching 4.Heidi in Metaboost does stretch w/ dowel and step. 5. Tamela in Flex Posture warm up w/ shoulder work using dowel. 6.Tamela in Flex Posture does tree w/ dowel. 7.Keli in Lean does dowel stretches. 8.Tamela in Crunch Time does Astanga.

Keli in Upper Body Burn does seated shoulders, short & long lever moves. 5. Tamela in Crunch Time does fencer rows w/ plie. 6. Heidi in Metaboost does bicep variations w/ lower body engagement. 7.Keli in Strong Bear does abs. 8. Keli in Strong Bear does stretch.

Tamela in Flex Posture does cat cow stretching & breathing. 5. Keli in Lean does table. 6.Melissa in Lower Body Burn does core w/ lower body engaged. 7. Heidi in Fast Cheetah does stretch.
