Heidi in Metaboost does weighted plie w/ biceps flowing into 4 limb: delts w/ leg abdusctions, overhead press, and tricep close-steps. 3. Tamela in Crunch Time does weighted scapular contraction, abductions into plie w/ scapulars. 4. Tamela in Floor Burn does the 'warm up' segment -active squats & abductions w/ overhead moves. 5.Keli in Strong Bear does plie on tall box w/ slow leg press. 6. Heidi in Steamin' Cardio does cardio, 4 limb lunges, curtseys and abductions. 7. Keli in Strong Bear does plie upright row variations. 8.Heidi in Fast Cheetah does ab crunches w/ leg extension variations.
