Diana, it's been a while since I did these but IIRC SI6 is a bit easier than Slim Series.

I looked in my stash for some of these suggestions. I have Jari Love's Extremely Ripped. Is it similar to Ripped and Chiseled?
I have some of Debbie Siebers workouts. I kept Tear It Up since it uses mostly weights and I prefer that. I will look at the others that I have. I don't have anything from Margaret Richard. I don't have Cathe's Muscle Endurance or Karen V. Great Weighted Workout. I will look at videos and reviews of these.

Diana,
Try a Margaret Richard workout. I think you might really click with her. Her workouts are straightforward light weight lifting. They're really challenging, but Margaret is so gosh, darn pleasant while you're doing it that somehow you don't mind.

I have Jackie Warner's Power Circuit Training. Is this one high rep/low weight? TIA ETA: This one is not a high rep/low weight workout.
Jane I looked at some MR video clips. Everything looks good but all the floor work. I workout in my office, so I can't spend a lot of time on the floor. Are there any specific workouts of MR that doesn't have a lot of floor work? I really think KCM needs to do a high rep/low weight workout. She seems to be the only instructor that I can handle weights with for any period of time. Does anyone here communicate with Kelly? Maybe put in a request for me.
