Another weights question

What is your favorite high rep/low weight workouts? Let's see if I have any of these in my collection.

I started my most recent weight loss journey January 2008.
I lost 1/2 of my starting body weight and entered into maintenance May 2011.
Now the real work begins!

Jari Love Get Ripped & Chiseled.

It's the only Jari I currently own. I always have loads & loads of energy afterwards.

I have a Jari. I need to see which one since I have never done it.

Lol! Have you done it before? I like Debbie, she is a bit goofy but low key and fun. Some of the workouts used exertubing, but I prefer Dumbbells and it was easy to sub.

Les Mills Pump and some Jari Love. I never could get into Debbie. Doing high reps for the lower body can be an absolute killer. You get so sore you can hardly move. Start with lower reps and lower weight and build up.

I never had major low body DOMs from SI6, but I went at my own pace, which I do with most workouts. I found Jari a bit dry.
