Shipping Charges on Fitness Favorites

Last month when I was adding DVDs to my cart on Fitness Favorites, the shipping charges would display after I clicked on Check Out. That is no longer happening and the next step is to enter my credit card information and submit my order without knowing what the shipping charges will be. I have searched the web site for their shipping charges and found nothing. Does anyone have any information about this?

I think you have to use the desktop version, not mobile. Place whatever you want in cart, then click Checkout. Shipping info will show in a right-hand column.

I don't have a smart phone or a tablet. I only use a computer. The shipping charges used to show, but now they don't. However, Annette PMd me the shipping charges:

1-3 dvds, 6.00 first class
4-10 dvds, 10.00 media rate

That's weird. I had just tested it before posting, and it worked for me. Maybe it depends on the browser being used? I know that in the recent past the shipping cost wasn't posting for me either (figure it was newly added now), and I also asked about it here.

I think it is the browser. I checked Safari, Chrome, & FireFox.

The shipping charges showed up in Chrome and FireFox, but not in Safari.

I just tried Chrome and it still didn't work. When it was working for me last month, I was using Explorer. Maybe it depends on what you are putting in your cart. I was adding the Tortoise and Hare package.

It IS what you put in your cart. I added Basics Sculpting with Weights and it showed the shipping charges. Then I removed it and left the Tortoise and Hare package and the shipping charges went away.

I was thinking that they just didn't charge for shipping only 2 DVDs, and then they tack on $6 shipping if you add more. If the shipping prices Annette gave you are the true shipping costs, then that's very deceptive. If I was only purchasing 2 DVDs, I would be charged $6, which, because it didn't show up in the purchasing process, would've surprised me.

I'm not saying there's an intent to swindle people, but I do think it's deceptive in the sense that it's not clear that there would be a shipping charge. Hopefully this gets fixed on their website soon. (Personally, even if it's a website error, if it doesn't show up in the final cost when checking out, hopefully they won't still add that on after the purchase. Just my opinion, not trying to start an argument - not that I'm saying you are!
