I found a channel that have videos for the breathing technique and the exercises:

https://www.youtube.com/user/wallerr/videos

Greer does an excellent job breaking it down.

I also have Jill Johnson's Oxycise program. It's another great program. Her breathing technique is completely different, but still very effective.

Glad you guys found it interesting!

Daisy, I'd love to see your before and afters!

Jackie, I did both the positions and the breaths. The breaths engage your abs like nothing else.

Debbie, I have tried Oxycise when I was told by the physios that blowing up balloons would help with my diastasis recti (abdominal split after delivery) because it engages the transverse abs. It's safe during pregnancy and for people with eye sensitivity like myself because it doesn't involve breath holding. I don't remember it as effective, though, by any means.

Debbie, which technique do you think is more effective, Oxycize or Body Flex? The Body Flex breathing technique really is weird!

Thanks,
Sue

Sorry about that. Here is the correct link:
https://www.youtube.com/user/wallerr/videos

Sue, I think that BodyFlex is more effective of the two.

I did the one that you linked to christina. It was fun. Very yogic. Is this the only thing you've done differently? Any other exercises?

I did the video you posted today as well, Christina. The first thing I noticed was feeling more awake and energized from the breathing!

Thanks so much for starting this post. I would have never thought to try Bodyflex without learning about it on VF!
