Absolutely! I know this workout is the most teased workout here on VF, but if you break down the workout, you'll realize that Greer was actually ahead of her time. She combined a very intense yoga breathing technique, and isometric exercises. I remember working up quite a sweat when I did her workout.

It is one of two things: Either Bodyflex works, and works fast, to help lose inches, or it just helped me lose the very last few lbs and I had become way smaller from belly binding after delivery. I don't know and I didn't expect this! What I vividly remember is that I weighed the same and even less and I was doing Callanetics and Tracy Anderson before I for married because I wanted to fit into a wedding gown that was a half inch smaller around the hips and I never managed to! If only
I did this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9fgS...Qrm0cDinwLq3fR I don't even think I'm supposed to be doing this because I have lattice degeneration of the retina, and breath holding is not ideal. My husband is begging me not to lose anymore, and I just can't believe it because I eat as normal and weigh as always, believe it or not! ETA: Just to add to what Debbie says, I don't sweat but my abs definitely hurt from all that engaging!
