Favorite Interval Workouts?

I have learned that I respond very well to short interval type training. 30 seconds on/30 or less seconds off is my sweet spot, 45/45 or less works pretty well, and 1min/1min or less is okay, too. Anything longer than 1 minute on, I would be looking for a shorter than 1 min off period, but I don't prefer the longer "on" intervals.

So, I was wondering if you guys have any favorite workouts that fall into this type? I'm open to any suggestions!

ETA: It doesn't have to be HIIT, it can be lower or moderate intensity as well.

I love Cathe's HiiT cardio...it's 3 workouts on 1 DVD, although 2 require a step. My favorite is the one that's all plyo and no step. The intervals vary from 20 seconds to a 1 min rest in the middle. It's a 30 minute workout. I also love the 30/20 HiiT she has on To The Max.

Good luck!

Haha, I knew I'd get a lot of Cathe responses here And so far I think they are all ones that I don't have, so I might have to add to my Exchange wish list!

Thanks for the suggestions so far... keep 'em coming!

JNL Fusion if you are looking for a system that involves weights and cardio. They are about 30 min or less and 30 sec on. Very good set!

I do have JNL Fusion, but I think hers is no off time, right? 30 secs per exercise, but maybe 6 straight cycles, just alternating exercises every 30 seconds? It's been a while since I did it, but I do like it I just like my rest times between cycles more right now

It's actually the first thing I thought of myself, until I remembered it was a 3 minute total cycle before she takes a break. Thanks though!

Joining my voice to the chorus singing the praises of Cathe Shock Cardio HiiT. I also really like Amy Dixon's Breathless Body workouts. And then there's any Cardio Coach, which has more moderate intervals with the occasional all-out anaerobic burst.
