Hemalayaa doesn't do it for me, tried years ago.
I'm toying with maybe Doonya and one Nia. Which one? Do they stretch at the end or at all? I dunno about Shimmy, I did do it (and the yoga one I can't remember) and just didn't click. But I did love the music and filming so I'm keeping those in mind too! Thanks ladies.

I love Bellyfit too, as well as nia, ybb, doonya and threads where I can find more like them. I love nia unplugged, definitely try the free nia classes.
You might also like Soul Sweat, Carol Argo's Anti Aging Workout, Planet Motion, and Delicious Dance. For a blast from the past, here is the first nia workout video. It used to stand for non-impact aerobics. Now it stands for neuromuscular integrative action. |
