Well that would be a shame, but on the other hand she's made at least a dozen workouts, some of which have added cardio intervals and many of which offer shorter premixes. That's quite a bit of variety!

I would love streaming workouts from Jari's classes.
Ripped workouts always lean me out

I am not into downloads at all. I need the physical DVD. I really enjoy Jari's workouts and hope that she eventually releases some of the downloads as DVDs also.

I think I've figured out what it is about the other Jari workouts (i.e., anything but the original Get Ripped) that I dislike: Lunges.

I can manage a few static lunges, but don't think I'm safe doing the more active kinds, so I always have to modify.

Maybe it's a balance thing for me? Always need to have something to (potentially) brace myself on, so I keep a folding step stool within reach to steady myself.

I'm not into downloads either. The technology at our house is always a decade or so behind the times, so I don't have any assurance that I'd be able to use the file I download (guess I'd have to burn it to disc? don't know how to do that).

Last year I did a 1 month rotation of Jari's Slim & Lean and Ripped & Chiseled alternating every other day and adding running 6x's a week and I lost 4 lbs in 2 weeks not changing my bad eating habits. High reps and low weights works for me - maybe when I complete JMBR I'll do a Les Mills Body Pump rotation.

I like her workouts alot but Ripped & Chiseled had such a dread factor with ENDLESS reps - it's close to 100 reps of bicep curls, I started out using 5lb dumbbells and by the end of the month I was using 8's.

I'm not into downloads either, if I'm going to buy something I want something to show for it, that's why I still buy CDs, I like "old technology".

No downloads for this old-school gal either.

Congrats, Judy!! And especially on realizing what your body responds to (which can and IS constantly changing as we age!).

I love Jari's workouts and Body Pump style workouts....I got great results doing a Les Mills Pump rotation last year. cam522, I highly recommend it for loads of fun with great music! I'm getting very close to want to do another one soon.

I think my new favorite Jari is her GER 1000 Hardcore...yes it's repetitive, but what a calorie burner!! But, alas, no 1000 calorie burner....

Her new Get Extremely Ripped & Chiseled w/o is on my wishlist....so is this one as good as the older R&C, which is also a favorite? I just wish she'd get rid of that awful dark set....
