I guess my interest in Joyce has been revived because I just did
Speedy Nonstop upper body.
(No lower body today since my body's still sore from Saturday's workout.
) It was fun! I used 3s, 5s and 7s because I don't want to feel too sore tomorrow. When I did the abs, I did the first round of 15 reps, then only 8-10 of the next two runs because I felt them!
I guess I'll continue with the lower body section tomorrow and see where that takes me. I like that I can be done with weight work in 15-20 minutes a day.
