I was just posting about this lol, I bought three of the old Joyce books I used to have off of iBooks and have them in my iPad, having fun with them. I am looking for Bottoms Up in iBooks but it doesn't seem to be there.

Harantwanders - What Joyce books do you have? I had Bottoms Up at one time, but didn't keep it IIRC because I felt like it basically had the same info as Weight Training Made Easy and The Bathing Suit Workout.

I guess my interest in Joyce has been revived because I just did Speedy Nonstop upper body. (No lower body today since my body's still sore from Saturday's workout. ) It was fun! I used 3s, 5s and 7s because I don't want to feel too sore tomorrow. When I did the abs, I did the first round of 15 reps, then only 8-10 of the next two runs because I felt them!

I guess I'll continue with the lower body section tomorrow and see where that takes me. I like that I can be done with weight work in 15-20 minutes a day.
