Thanks for this information. I don't really want to acquire a DVD I'm only likely to do once or twice. So perhaps basics will not be where I start I'm leaning towards starting with Go Go or Bollywood.

The Lives are definitely more like the class experience I was expecting from the infomercial.

I love go-go and Hip Hop Abs. Bollywood is also great!

Go Go is longer than Bollywood but they are both a lot of fun and both include some toning.

There is also the last set, the YBB Masters. So glad I invested in those. They are:
  1. Yoga Core
  2. AM Latte
  3. Goddess Abs
  4. Goddess Booty
  5. Pajama Time
Thankyou!

Hi,

Desertmermaid, if I'm not mistaken, the Basics is included on the same disc as the advanced, so you would end up w/ 2 workouts on that disc.

Hip Hop Abs
Cardio Caberet
complete Body Shaping

So happy

Yup Also, I can pretty much do the rotation listed early on in the thread. I have all except latin flavor now.

Hi All,

I just wanted to post back since I have gotten around to doing my new YBB. I really enjoy these workouts, they are short, light hearted and fun. And they include cardio, toning, stretching and balance work.

So far I have tried Go-Go, Hip Hop ABS, Cardio Cabaret Burlesque, Latin Flavor and Bollywood. I like them all and love that they are all different from one another. I love that they are kundalini yoga inspired too. I'm surprised I made it this long without ever trying YBB!
