When I was enjoying my YBB's on a regular basis I was surprised and happy at the results. My saddlebags went down and my butt firmed up. I always seemed to be in a good mood. They also made my bad back feel good and they helped my arthritis, too.

When I did the original YBB ( the 2 disc set) I would say although I toned up the biggest difference was in my flexibility .

Thanks for starting this thread. I pulled out my set again this morning. I forgot how much fun these workouts are. They are perfect for dark, cold days

I've dusted off my YBB's and also Project You. Is anyone interested in a check-in to get us through the dark and cold days with some lighthearted workouts?

That would be fun, I plan to do the YBBs during the month of December - love Project You also and I do like Body Gospel - I do wish Beachbody would make more of these moderate workouts!
