LIS Lower Body and Upper Body Trisets (sometimes split as intended, sometimes a whole 90 minute experience and sometimes as the total body express workout).

This is followed closely by Horizontal Conditioning Vol. 1 - used it once a week until I could do the whole thing without stopping or whimpering. After that, I bought other HC's for variety.

Cathe's Hiit is the most heavily used cardio DVD as I often run or bike during the summer.

Classical Stretch by far. I mostly walked and ran this year.

Hard to say, really. I guess it would have to be Tracy's Meta Hip, though I never completed a rotation. Runners up would be Cathe's Athletic Step Training and Pop Physique Cardio Butt School.

Until August, I was all over the place with KCM, barre, some Jillian, rebounding, Turbo Fire, Chris Freytag - and nothing would qualify for the title of the "Most Used on the 2012", until I bought Classical Stretch and Essentrics!

While I still use all the other cardio/strength dvds regularly, my "Most Used" are BY FAR Classical Stretch dvds. Since August, I've invested a small fortune in these, and it's money well spent. I love these, and I've noticed big changes in my flexibility, posture and my mood ever since I started using CS.

Of my newer DVDs, I would say that Les Mills Pump (Revolution) would be the most used.

Of my older DVDs, it would be Turbo Jam 20 Minute Workout and Ab Jam, Rodney Yee's Power Yoga Stamina, Cathe's Pyramid Upper Body, and Spin & Slim.
