Some of my favorite workouts are only on VHS(Esquire/Great Body/Cosmopolitan workouts anyone?).

So, yes, I have lots AND still have + use a VCR.

Eventually, I would like to get a DVD converter.

I wonder if I will be having this conversation years from now when the question is "does anyone still use a dvd player?". I have over 300 dvds, and I don't plan on converting ANY of them if that time comes I like the pretty covers.

But to answer the original question, I don't have any workout VHS that I use, but I have quite a few bellydance VHS that I have used. But my husband broke my VCR/DVD combo, and the VHS are too expensive to get on dvd.

I have the Esquire Step Aerobics VHS with Marian Ramaikas. Most would likely consider it boring but I like it, it's a simple little program about 30 minutes. I reach for this one a lot when I am restarting along with my beloved Buns of Steel Step 2000.

I believe the first VHS workout I ever bought was Cosmopolitan Tonetics, I never tried it before I got rid of it but it gets really good reviews over at Amazon. Maybe I should reconsider it!

When my last VCR stopped working, I pitched it and gave every VHS I owned to a shelter for women. They still use them.

Talking Still Jumping!

I have all my Christi Taylors
CIAs and Cathe and Joyce and all the original Firms, too!
We have 2 working VCRs....

yet I keep using TAM only. Her DS is kinda overdone. Maybe I could substitute
Christi for that part

Oh I definitely have VHS, because I won't part with my Billy Blanks Taebo Live! series. I still think those were and still are the best kickboxing workouts around.

I have some that aren't on DVD; I have some I just use because I don't want to spend money replacing them on DVD. I'd rather spend that money on new workouts.

I still have about a quarter of my active (as in, I still use them) collection on VHS. I would love to convert them or replace them with DVD, but it's just the expense/rarity of some items. I find VHS a lot more annoying than DVD since you have to rewind them. The loading time on DVD is annoying, but I just use that time to get dressed, get my shoes on, turn off the cell phone, etc.
