I still have all my orginal Firms which were released on VHS. While I think I still have my VHS somewhere, it's not hooked up, and I haven't used my VHS tapes in years. I'm not a sentimental person, but for some reason I can't part with these for sentimental reasons. Go figure!

I still have a working VCR and hold onto some VHS tapes. Mostly the Tae Bo Live series, but I also have one-offs like Leslie Sansone's 1 Mile Super Challenge along with some classics from the 'olden' days, like Keli Roberts' step tapes, etc. I don't have FIRM tapes any more - I've replaced them with DVDs either legitimately or otherwise.

I still have a bunch - and I use them quite often. They are workouts that are either not available on DVD or that I haven't replaced on DVD. Sometimes it's hard to buy replacement DVDs when there are still so many other new workouts that I want to try!

I am replacing my Firms as Annette releases them on Fitness Favorites, and I wish she would do the the other 2 Firm Basics and Prime Powers. So I still have a lot of Firms. I just put some on SASE and only 3 went. and I was hoarding them like rare Jewels.
Others I can't let go:
Raquel Welch yoga
Elle M. and Karen V.
elle M Sports illusrated stretch
a few easy WW-including the one with Chalean in the back, lol
a Kathie Lee vhs that makes me laugh
I have maybe 6 that I really do so I have been putting up SASE and no takers- so off to Goodwill

I have just one; Bryan Kest Original Power Yoga for Weight Loss. I'm too cheap to pay $40.00 for the dvd.

I still BUY VHS! Just got one in the mail yesterday - Gaiam Stress Relief Yoga - it was so much cheaper than the DVD so why not? Also, I like having a Leslie in the VHS for a warm up, switch to a strength DVD, then finish the Leslie.

I still have a handful of VHS tapes left, but I also have a working DVD/VHS player/recorder. These tapes have copy protection so my DVD/VHS recorder won't copy them to DVD.

I had some older VHS tapes which I was able to record onto DVD because they weren't copy protected, then I converted them to digital video (MP4) on my laptop. They are backed up to an external hard drive too!

I'm not sure why I keep the VHS tapes that I still have because I never use them!
