After reading the recent CLX thread where people talked about weight loss. I thought it would be fun to have a thread where people list how many lbs they lost doing a certain program.
Of course please stay away from the dreaded diet talk
When I started exercising again (Sept. 09, I think)...
I lost 20 pounds doing Bar Method (Change Your Body & Accelerated).
(Pretty much just Bar Method, no diet changes, not much cardio added other than a lil' walking here & there.)
I lost 30 pounds in 2007 doing Tae Bo, Christi Taylor, and Jari Love. But I also cleaned up my diet really good.

I lost at least 10 lbs doing..... absolutely nothing.
I always lose weight when I stop exercising. I've never once lost weight from exercising. I've gained strength, flexibility, muscle, etc., but never lbs . I usually gain - and it's not all muscle. Just my appetite in overdrive.
