I love pilates - recently I've been doing it like 4-5x a week, and I've really seen a difference in my body. My core doesn't just "feel" stronger, it looks so much more toned and "tight" looking. I also feel like I "walk taller", if that makes any sense!

I sound like a broken record, but my favorite pilates workout of all time is Hilary Burnett's Intermediate Pilates.

I like pilates core work. I alternate it with barre c curve stuff. I use Brooke Siler's books.

I haven't done pilates in a long time, really should try and incorporate a few times a week if I can. When I was doing it regularly, my core was a lot stronger. I probably didn't do it enough to see other results though.

I only have 3 pilates videos...

MTV Pilates w/Kristin McGee (my total body pilates video)
Winsor Pilates Buns/Thighs (lower body)
Quick Fix Pilates Abs w/Keli Roberts

I used to have Hilary Burnett's Intermediate Pilates which was good too, excellent instruction I thought. I found myself doing the others more often though so I let it go.

Me too - I love the soft instrumental, I love her demeanor, all of it. It's a great straightforward Pilates mat workout.
