I loved the look of both of these and will definitely be getting them. I recently did Reach after not doing it for a very long time and loved, loved it. I'm planning to do AL&CII one day soon too.

The clips are not very useful for judging the workouts. There's a music overlay, so you can't hear her cuing or what music is playing during the workout. It would have been nice to have real clips of the workout.

Using VLC media player to play video files

2. Install the VLC media player 3. After you have downloaded the Kari Anderson zip file, extract the zip contents. 4. Open the folder containing the videos. Right click on one of the video files and choose "play with VLC video player". If you don't see this option, choose "open with" and then choose VLC video player. If you still don't see this option, choose "open with".."choose default program" and then you should see VLC. I use VLC as my default player because it handles most video and audio formats and it's fast and takes up minimal computer resources. Once you select VLC as your default player, all you need to do is double click on a video file and it will play. I didn't find the zip file corrupt at all. I downloaded it a second time, scanned it with Norton and it extracted and played fine.

I downloaded them but then got a message that the file was corrupted. Pfffffft - I used up the last of my download allowance for the month on them too!
 I guess I'll just wait for someone to put clips up.
