For the past two Decembers I have done the rotation posted up thread that mixes the Lives, the Masters and the originals, I am thinking about it again for this December, but I feel like I want to mix things up, so I put together this template that loosely follows the rotation but subs in other, similar workouts - the substitutes are in (parenthesis) : Week # 1 Monday: YBBM PJ Time and 1 and 2 YBB Abdominals (Any yoga workout (30 min) w/ any Pilates workout 30 min) Tuesday: YBB Sculpt (Any fusion workout that uses weights) Wednesday: YBBL Go Go and YBBM Goddess Booty (Any Dance workout and a Pilates or Yoga based lower body workout) Thursday: YBB Basic and 1 YBB Abdominals (Any fusion workout plus some Pilates mat work) Friday: YBBL Hip Hop Abs and YBBM Goddess Booty (Any Hip Hop Dance workout and a Pilates or Yoga based lower body workout) Saturday: YBBM Light and Easy and YBBM Yoga Core (Any light fusion workout plus a little core/Pilates work) Sunday: Any YBBM (Open day) Week 2 Monday: YBB Advanced (Any fusion workout) Tuesday: YBBL Bollywood and YBBM Goddess Abs (BellyFit and abs) Wednesday: YBBL Latin Flavor and 2 YBB Abdominals (Any Latin Dance workout plus Pilates for abs) Thursday: YBB Sculpt (Any fusion workout that uses weights) Friday: YBBL Burlesque and YBBM Goddess Booty (Any dance workout and Pilates or Yoga for lower body) Saturday: YBBL Go Go and YBBM Yoga Core (Any dance workout and Pilates or Yoga for core) Sunday: Any YBBM Open day Week 3 Monday: YBBM AM Latte and YBBM Goddess Booty (Any yoga workout plus Pilates for lower body) Tuesday: YBBL CBS and YBBM Goddess Abs (Fusion workout w/ weights and core work) Wednesday: YBB Advanced (Any fusion workout) Thursday: YBBL Hip Hop Abs and YBBM Yoga Core (Any Hip Hop dance workout plus yoga or Pilates for core) Friday: YBBL Light and Easy and YBBM Goddess Booty (Any light fusion workout plus Pilates or Yoga for Lower body) Saturday: YBB Sculpt (Any fusion w/ weights) Sunday: Any YBBM (Open Day) |
