I also did Power Ball Sculpt with a 3 pound ball. Wasn't easy! It sure is flowing, much like Ellen's workouts, but with a more elegant feel.

By the way, the other reason I love Attitude (and I think the reason why it's called Attitude) is that the women - "over 50 and fabulous" - of the cast have been through a lot of hardship, and still they manage to get a calming, elegant workout everyday. I had read their stories. One had lost a child; most of the other ones had survived breast cancer. A portion of the profits of the DVD went to breast cancer-related research.

Thank you for posting this, Cristina - I wasn't aware of the new website, I seem to have dropped off her email list. I also wish Bernadette would release another workout! I just love her style and the calmness of her demeanor. For me, her videos are like an oasis. I'll never forget that when VF'er Cookie lost her house to a fire, Bernadette donated all four of her videos and a Pilates circle to her!

There was a thread a while back that she was planning more workouts and wanted out feedback ... come on Bernadette!

Thank you for reminding me about Bernadette! I received her Attitude dvd in trade about a year ago, but never did it. I tried the second workout today, and really liked it! I'm now curious about her circle workout...

I thought Bernadette was in her 50s already - not because she looks "old", but just because I thought she was. And fwiw I think she does look her age. She's a lovely elegant-looking woman with a fit and slender physique who looks mid-40s to 50s to me.
