I prefer spinning at the gym vs. at home. I saw a new spinning infomercial (Josh Taylor) this weekend that peaked my interest. I hope they sold the DVDs separately.
Spinning is great for the lower body.

You're welcome! I've only tried one of the workouts (I forget if it was Fire or Ice) but I loved it. Having great music really motivates me. I think I bought it new from an Amazon vendor really cheap-under $6.00 w/shipping.
