Okay, first I want to say that I don't want to offend anyone. For all I know this is best workout ever but this opening sequence is hysterical(to me.)

It reminds me of some kind of Saturday Night live sketch, especially the part when the backgrounders come out, put their hands on their hips and Joyce says they are *dangerous cougars.*

That is pretty amusing. I wish the clip had shown part of the actual workout, though.

Too bad the clip doesn't show anything of the actual workout. I have several of her dvds and don't know if this adds something new.

I know! I don't buy from FitnessFly that often but both times I've wanted to look at clips they have literally been the worst clip possible. I'm thinking of YogaPulse....

All of her workouts start to seem the same after awhile..this one doesn't look much different. I guess there are only so many different way to do the pyramid workouts she does.

She looks good for being over 60 though. And it's cool she's showing women of different sizes working out in her videos now, I just hope Joyce can keep count without her daughter.
