Ankle Weight/Dynaband Leg Routine

Hi, Hope you can answer this for me. Came across your post, and though I don't have a tight IT band, I am trying to strengthen my legs and wonder if you can briefly describe your "ankle weights and dynaband" exercises for me. It sounds like just what I've been trying to find videos for unsuccessfully. Thanks for any help.

Pete Egoscue Pain Free

A couple of the ecises found in Pete Egoscue's Pain Free may help, especially the Supine Inguinal stretch.
