The matrix walk is a fun workout, some segment use light weights (2-3 pounds), the stretch at the end is very nice, I think it is around 10 min. if I remember correctly. I also like the background setting, it is interesting. It has been a while, but I think her Fat Burning Walk (with the soft weights) was more challenging.

That is one of the reason I don't do too much YouTube workouts, the adds! They should place them at the beginning and at the end of the wo, no right there in the middle!

These were originally sold in GNC stores as kits with the equipment. There was one big kit with everything and kits for each DVD with the relevant equipment. They were around for a while retail, then disappeared, then came back available online, including on Kathy's site, and then later just the DVDs were rereleased. Mary still had some of the other ones last time I looked. I like this walking workout and I absolutely hate her Matrix walk. The stretch is pretty good. I did get a kit with the strap when they were available on line years ago. There is a DVD version of the walk without the stretch bonus and a DVD of just the stretch.
