Body Project- 40 min. int. cardio (from 2014). It was harder than their current offerings with some high impact and planks work thrown in.
KCM- Body Design- Kickboxing with light dumbbells (love this!)

Body Project (BP): Gentle total body low impact beginner workout

I had a very painful charley horse in the middle of the night. Today I feel like my calf was bruised. My lower body is also extremely sore from Billy's lower body sculpting yesterday, so I wanted something very easy today. I noticed a VF post that mentioned a new BP offering (thanks sherry7899), so I decided to try it out. I like Daniel, but he was a bit too preachy for me in this workout. Parts of the workout were just about right for me, but other parts were too easy, so I made it harder for me. I don't think I would do this workout again, but I would pick another BP workout.

Charley Horses are the WORST!
