Finally tried a CDorner workout on YT- Basic/Int. Step (45 min.) I liked the workout and her energy, but I must say I do not like the music. I would rather hear basic electronic music to keep the beat rather than bad remixes of bad songs.

I did YogaWorks for Everybody (Beginner Basics) as well as the PM Practice (Relax and Restore.) Also, added Cindy Whitmarsh 10 Minute Solutions Target Toning (Arms and PowerStretch.)
