This is *awesome*!! Fitness Formula was my gateway step workout back in the early 90s! I don't think I've seen since VHS bit the dust. Yay!! Thanks for posting this link!

Her streaming site is now 29/month if you have an online only subscription. Now, with the pandemic, she is doing online classes as are the other instructors at her gym. She does 2 hi/lo classes per week week and each week teaches Reach and Reach the Barre classes as well. I have not tried the classes from other instructors but they have yoga, something called TSG Strength Circuits, Bodypump, a bit of pilates mat, TBT workouts. They keep the new classes up on the facebook page for members for a few days at this point (it was 2 but since the gym has closed again, they are leaving them up for 3, I think) and there is an archive of classes of each type as well. It is not huge at this point, but it is growing and I certainly haven't done them all as I tend to do the new classes.

For her hi-lo classes she works with you on the same choreography for awhile and then moves on. When she moves on she puts a class with that choreography in the archived workouts so you can go back to it.

I have always loved her hi-lo classes and I'm really enjoying it. For me it is worth the bucks!

I just wanted to come back and say thank you for this post. I subscribed to The Seattle Gym earlier this year and it's a great, affordable streaming service. The hi lo workouts are the best!

YAY! I love the hi-lo. I do some of her reach and reach teh barre on occasion but the thing that keeps me subscribing is the hi-lo. So glad you are enjoying.

I just spent $150 to have many of my Kari step workouts, as well as the 2 Fonda ones, transferred to DVD. They were never released on DVD and I was afraid I would lose them forever once my combo player dies.
