DEBBIE DRAKE, 1st ALBUM

Just for the heck of it, this morning I tried the exercises to the first album, Look Good Feel Great exercise with Debbie Drake. Got it in mp3 format from Amazon Music. At some point in the past I had made a listing to look at of all the different exercises and a brief description, because I'm detail oriented.

O.M.G. I know I am out of shape, but those exercises were no joke. I think it must have been the 1960s version of HIIT. And having a short orchestral music piece was a whole lot better than waiting for a gymboss timer. I feel a lot different than when I do more contemporary circuit exercises. Groan. These are going to come up in my schedule a couple times a week. Went on for 46 minutes which would have been both sides of the record.

She has a 2nd album out too which looks to be a little more advanced, something about your husband. The title may be cheesy but the exercises are not.

I sorta remember that show, but never exercised to it. I also remember seeing the record album in the music store.

Is Debbie Drake still alive? I did a Google search, but only came up with a hit-and-run accident she had been involved in, but it looks like she recovered from that.
