i was mildly interested in Linda's drop sets, but the narrow room was somewhat discouraging. VFers reported that within a segment, it's not skipable, so if want to skip a spot, you need to fast forward.

Finally trying Linda's Drop Sets. I am alternating with Weider X Factor ST, as I never got past Week 5 for this set. Linda's Drop Sets is a nice set. However, as mentioned, you can work 40 minutes on just one body part. Since there are ZERO warm ups, remember to add another 5-10 minutes for warm up. I have been getting DOMS, but I wonder do I short change myself, since I don't hit each body part every week.
