Hello All,

Popping out of Lurkdom to say that I've always admired this video when it was on exercise TV. It does seem to be of higher intensity but a modifier is prominently shown.

It was one of the Body by Jake videos with Steve Maresca.

Hopefully cut and paste will work for you. If not, it is the "Cardio Workout" on youtube (HERS FitWell channel).

The Best Of Tamilee, she has a cardio workout on this that uses two weighted balls. It's lots of fun! I usually do it a twice since it's only about 13 1/2 minutes long. I only use my 1lb balls with this, For me, any heavier would be an injury waiting to happen.
