Thanks, Lucky Star, for letting me kind of steal and run away with this thread after you got some answers. LOL

I'm going to do abs/lower/cardio and abs/upper/cardio splits. This morning, for example, I did Joyce's 10 minute Stomach Zapping Abs and then Just Thighs. After that I did Debbie Rocker's A.M. Walking, which is about 25 minutes. Look at how much I got done in just over an hour. Tomorrow I'll do my abs, upper body, and another short cardio workout. I also plan to do 30-45 minutes of cardio in the afternoons.
